PRO-ACTIVE: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal.
COMFORT: Take 3 capsules daily, preferably with a meal.
REINFORCE: Daily use: Dissolve 1 scoop (equivalent to 25 ml) of powder in 250–300 ml of water and mix thoroughly. Preferably to be taken during or after a meal.
