By placing an order, you confirm that you:
-
are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian;
-
provide accurate and complete information;
-
accept these Terms & Conditions.
3. Products
Laimée develops premium food supplements intended to support nutritional needs during periods of physical load.
Our products are food supplements and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Product images, descriptions and colours are presented as accurately as possible but may differ slightly from the delivered product.
4. Product information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product information published on our website is accurate.
However:
-
ingredient specifications may occasionally change;
-
packaging may be updated;
-
nutritional values may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Customers should always read the product label before use. If information on the website differs from the label of the product delivered, please contact us before using the product.
5. Orders
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.
The order becomes binding once Laimée has accepted it and sent an order confirmation. Receipt or authorisation of a payment does not in itself require us to accept an order.
Laimée may refuse or cancel an order where:
-
payment cannot be verified;
-
fraudulent or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected;
-
an obvious pricing or product information error has occurred;
-
products are unavailable;
-
delivery to the address provided is not reasonably possible.
If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will inform you and refund any payment already received.
6. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€).
Unless stated otherwise:
-
prices include the applicable VAT;
-
shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before the order is placed;
-
any additional costs will be clearly communicated before checkout;
-
Laimée may change its prices for future orders without prior notice;
-
price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
7. Payment
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Laimée does not store complete credit or debit card details.
An order will only be processed after the required payment has been successfully authorised or received.
8. Shipping and delivery
Available shipping destinations, estimated delivery times and shipping fees are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout where applicable.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer legislation.
Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather or force majeure. If a material delay occurs, we will provide information and assistance in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
The risk of loss or damage remains with Laimée until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products. This does not apply when you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by Laimée.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Additional reasonable costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged where permitted by law.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the order.
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food supplements once their safety seal has been broken after delivery.
Further information, including instructions and the model withdrawal form, is available in our Return and Refund Policy.
10. Returns and refunds
Eligible returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer legislation.
For a return under the right of withdrawal, the direct return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
When a product is incorrect, damaged, defective or otherwise non-conforming, Laimée will provide an appropriate remedy and bear the reasonable return costs where required by law.
11. Statutory conformity rights
Products must conform to the sales contract and possess the quality, safety and characteristics that consumers may reasonably expect.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory guarantee, conformity right or other mandatory consumer right.
If you believe a product is defective or does not conform to the order, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@laimee.eu, preferably with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
12. Product use
Customers are responsible for using products according to the instructions and warnings provided on the packaging.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Keep out of reach of young children.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use.
Individual results and experiences may vary.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice.
Laimée products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

18. Complaints
If you have a complaint regarding a product, order or service, please contact us at info@laimee.eu.
Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will assess your complaint and respond within a reasonable period.
This complaints procedure does not limit your right to contact a competent consumer authority, an alternative dispute resolution body or a court.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute may be submitted to the competent Belgian courts. If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of any mandatory protection or right to bring proceedings before a competent court available under the law of your country of residence.
20. Changes to these Terms
Laimée may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in legislation, our products or the operation of the website.
The latest version will always be available on this website and will include the date of the most recent update.
Changes do not retroactively alter the Terms applicable to orders that were already placed, unless required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.
