These Terms apply to all visitors of the website and all customers purchasing products through www.laimee.com.
By placing an order, you confirm that you: are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian; provide accurate and complete information; accept these Terms & Conditions.
3. Products
Laimée develops premium food supplements intended to support nutritional needs during periods of physical load.
Our products are food supplements and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Product images, descriptions and colours are presented as accurately as possible but may differ slightly from the delivered product.
4. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product information published on our website is accurate.
However:
- ingredient specifications may occasionally change;
- packaging may be updated;
- nutritional values may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. Customers should always read the product label before use.
5. Orders
An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed.
Laimée reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- pricing errors have occurred;
- products are unavailable.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received will be refunded.
6. Prices
All prices are displayed in Euro (€).
Unless stated otherwise:

- shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.
- Laimée reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.
- Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
7. Payment
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout. Laimée does not store credit card information.
8. Shipping
Shipping destinations, delivery times and shipping fees are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Laimée cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- courier services;
- customs authorities;
- force majeure;
- incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers located within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal as provided under applicable consumer legislation.
However, in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food supplements once the seal has been broken after delivery for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

10. Returns
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
Where appropriate, Laimée will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
11. Product Use
Customers are responsible for using products according to the instructions provided on the packaging.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Keep out of reach of young children.
